MEDICAL GRADE MOVABLE NEGATIVE PRESSURE MACHINE

ARDC-2501

1. PRE-FILTER

FEATURES

LOW NOISE

With elegant and low noise design, as low as 40dB, Our ARDC-2501 model, like our ARDC-2502 is also the a perfect choice of negative air pressure purifier machine for the indoor medical isolation chamber.

HIGH PERFORMANCE BLDC MOTOR

With our high-performance BLDC motor, Operators can control BLDC motor, operators can freely control the output level from 0 to 100 depending on their situations.

MEETS DISEASE CONTROL STANDARDS

Our ARDC-2501 meets the high standard of CDC and KCDC (Korean Center for Disease Control and Prevention).
Capable of maintaining negative pressure in up to 46.2㎡ based on -2.5Pa and 12ACH

DAMAGE PREVENTION SYSTEM

By applying a double-filter damage prevention mechanism,it can secure the filter against unexpected behavior from operators.

3-PLY DUCt

Equipped with 3-PLY duct and high-rigidity toggle clamping filter to prevent possible leakage inside the room for easy filter replacement and control of leakage.

PRE-Filter ARDC-2501

1. PRE-FILTER

The pre-filter is the responsible for filtering large particles in order to extend the life of HEPA filter. It can filter 56CMM of air flow.

Medium Filter ARDC-2501

2. MEDIUM-FILTER

After filtering the larger particles, the medium-sized particles will now pass through a medium filter that is capable of cleaning 29CMM, 15mmH2O(≥85%) of air volume.

H14 HEPA Filter ARDC-2501

3. h14 H.E.P.A FILTER

Penultimately, the High-Efficiency Particulate Air Filter will be responsible for all the remaining particles, droplets, bacteria, and viruses. It is capable of filtering 26CMM of air volume and up to 29.7mmH2O(≥99.99%,0.3㎛) of particle.

STUDIES SHOWING EFFECTIVITY AND NECESSITY OF NEGATIVE PRESSURE MACHINE AGAINST COVID-19

In the situation report by W.H.O. dated March 15, 2020 they stated that "A WHO high-level technical mission concluded a visit to Iraq to support the Iraqi Ministry of Health in their COVID-19 prevention and containment measures. WHO is working around the clock to establish 3 negative-pressure [contagious respiratory disease isolation] rooms in Baghdad, Erbil and Basra to accommodate patients who might require more sophisticated medical treatment." Also, In the guidelines published last March 2020 with the title "Severe Acute Respiratory Infections Treatment Center" the World Health Organization states that UVGI cannot be a substitute for HEPA nor for NEGATIVE PRESSURE MACHINE "Because the clinical effectiveness of UV systems may vary, ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) is not recommended for air management before air recirculation from airborne isolation rooms. It is not recommended as a substitute for HEPA filtration, local exhaust of air to the outside, or negative pressure, but it can be used as a complementary system." In short, Negative Pressure Machine with HEPA and UV Light is the best-recommended machine for disease control. Even the Center for Disease Control and Prevention affirms this.

Janet Dyer, in the article "COVID-19 Forced Hospitals to Build Negative Pressure Rooms Fast," explains that "A negative pressure room is particularly crucial when something like coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) strikes-this new virulent killer is too much of an unknown quantity to take even the smallest chances of spreading. But the need for such rooms can put extreme stress on hospitals, which are not always ready to handle influxes of infected patients-let alone in the massive numbers of the COVID-19 pandemic." Hospitals did this in order to secure the life of the medical workers who are at the frontline of this battle.

In the article published last April 27, 2020 entitled: "‘All Hands on Deck’ as Johns Hopkins Facilities Teams Prepare Hospitals for COVID-19" Karen Nitkin reports that "Engineers, carpenters, painters and other facilities workers throughout the Johns Hopkins Health System have been working at a frenetic pace to prepare Johns Hopkins hospitals for COVID-19 patients. They are adding ductwork and HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filters to convert regular patient rooms to ones with negative air pressure suitable for patients with the highly infectious coronavirus." This proves that a negative pressure machine is a necessary machine to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of our medical front liners.

The Philippine College of Surgeons released an advisory last March 22, 2020 entitled "Precautionary Measures for Emergency Surgery During COVID Pandemic" In that advisory, the college of surgeons states that "an operating room with negative pressure environment is ideal to reduce spreading virus beyond the O.R."

The Department of Health released the memorandum no. 2020-0062 which states that it is a guideline "in response to the current or potential influx of Patients Under Investigation (PUI) for 2019 Novel Coronavirus (nCoV) in our health facilities, all DOH Hospitals are hereby urged to comply with the patient placement guidelines and isolation standards adopted from the CDC Guidelines and Standards for Transmission-based Precautions." The Standards of Airborne Infection Isolation Room, the Department requires that "AIIR must be single-occupancy rooms with negative pressure relative to the surrounding areas."
